Does Peter Thornhill own the funds directly and share the ownership between him and his wife?

Does Peter Thornhill own the investments in his own name, or through a business / trust? For privately owned funds are they shared individually across his name and his wife's name or joint ownership? I'm trying to understand how to best own the funds with your wife.
